The term of mozzarella is from a week to a month, and at the same time it must be in a package with brine. Once you have opened the bag of mozzarella, keep it in brine and consume it within 2 days. Separately, it can be used with desserts, or add mozzarella to any salad. A very important fact, mozzarella should never be stored in the refrigerator, and even more so in the freezer. And before serving, it is recommended to heat the cheese in a water bath so that it is a little warm.

The simplest technology of mozzarella properties is made from black buffalo milk. Milk is brought to the cheese factory, but only no later than 12 hours after the cow has been milked. At this plant, the liquid is very carefully filtered and rennet is also added there – this is such a leaven that is made from the gastric juice of a calf. Then this milk is heated, mixed well and left to mature in whey for several hours. When the cheese is ripe, they begin to manually pull out the threads, then cut and already, then pour hot or warm water.

As it turned out, mozzarella is very useful for the human body and is the main component of the most common Italian pizza. This cheese has a very milky taste, not sharp, pleasant. But fresh white balls cannot be heated, as they will spread very quickly with a cloudy liquid. Here, for example, with regard to pizzas, casseroles, etc. for this, they use a different kind of mozzarella, called pizza cheese. This cheese, like all the others, is sold in vacuum packaging, only it does not contain brine. Nutritionists have calculated that mozzarella contains 50% water, 22% proteins, 2% fats and 2% carbohydrates. This cheese is good for the human body. In this cheese, which is so necessary for the muscles, there are more necessary beneficial properties than in the meat itself. Mozzarella contains a vitamin. A, very useful for the skin, eyes, has a great effect on the state of the immune system, and this cheese also contains vitamin B, it is involved in metabolic processes. Mozzarella is also rich in macronutrients, it contains: sodium, it is involved in the structure of new cells, then phosphorus – supports the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system, as well as the nervous system, and calcium strengthens nails and bones. For those who follow a healthy diet, mozzarella will be a healthy and tasty product. This cheese contains all the useful properties and very little salt.

Probably everyone knows that cheeses are divided into 3 types: hard large, hard soft and soft. All without exception, they are very useful.

When going to the store to choose cheese, whether it is hard or semi-hard, the first thing to pay attention to is that the cheese crust is not cracked and that there are no drops of water on the cheese. Among other things, there should not be any white coating on the cheese, which looks like mold, while it is already starting to deteriorate and give its own specific smell. But also the surface of the cheese can be covered with an oily coating, and this already indicates that the cheese has been in good conditions for a long time, such cheese should be stored at a positive temperature, +8 degrees at least.

Today there are many different types of cheeses, if a person is on a diet, then he should not, of course, give up cheese, he can just eat cheese with the lowest percentage of fat content, that’s all, but in no case should he refuse, because in cheese contain the most useful properties.
