1. Tonic and metabolic regulating tea.
Take equal amounts of blackcurrant leaves, wild strawberry leaves, oregano and highlander, pour 1-2 cups of boiling water and leave for 4 hours, after which the drink can be consumed separately for 2 tbsp. l. daily or add to regular tea.
