Motivation for training. Top 10 Best Motivators to Exercise Regularly

The right target!
A well-defined and set goal is always a strong and main motivator. The goal is why you need to go to the gym or a fitness club, you must set it in writing. If you want the Goal to work and give you an incentive and energy to study – get a notebook and write it down! The goal must necessarily include the Ideal that you want to achieve. Describe it in your goal, in colors and details – what (or what) you want to become while playing sports (in a year, two, three). You need to clearly and clearly see the “Result” and it should inspire you.

All the desired benefits are your incentives!
List, and also be sure to write in writing, what you will receive, how you will change, what will change in your life due to regular sports and when you achieve the goal described above. You need to find at least 20 of these incentives (the more, the better). For example: “by doing yoga regularly and going to the gym, I will get – a beautiful figure and become much more attractive, I will look younger than my peers, I will have more energy, get rid of cellulite, stop gaining weight, I will sit less in front of the TV, my body will become more flexible and strong, will be more happy and respect themselves, etc.” This method always works and is a good motivation for training, but that’s not all…

Create your own torch – negative motivation!
So many are arranged that negative motivation often works stronger than positive. So make what you fear and most of all don’t want to work for you! Take courage and write down absolutely honestly what will happen to you or what you will lose if you do not play sports and take care of yourself. And do not be shy in expressions and images. These negative incentives should also be at least 20. Very often a person begins to act only after he clearly sees the fullness of the negative consequences of his inaction. It works – just great!

Create a colorful collage according to steps 1 and 2.
Visualize your goal in pictures on the most prominent wall in your home. So that your goal is always in front of your eyes. To enhance, use Photoshop and work with your photos. You will surely have friends, computer scientists (designers) who can help you with this. For example, place your future self in your collage with the most beautiful figure you would like. like, but with your happy face. Great workout motivation! Visualization has tremendous power!

Collage No. 2 “What I don’t want for anything” according to item 3.
Do not be lazy and create another small collage in which you place in the pictures everything that can wait for you if you do not take care of yourself. For example, your own face (head) with the body of a fat and lazy person, or with the body of an old man who is sick and falling apart due to poor health. In general, turn on your fantasy and let these negative images push you in the back on the way to your goal. How do you like this motivation for training? :)

Attend workouts with a friend or girlfriend!
Alone is always more difficult than in good company. When two friends go in for sports together, they encourage and motivate each other, a big plus is communication, during which people find additional motivation and interest in doing it. I know some people who themselves can’t go to training at all, but with friends it’s no problem. Maybe you are just such a person, and you need just such a motivation for training?

Motivation for training with motivational films
There are a lot of really cool feature films about sports and how people overcoming themselves and difficulties achieve success. Such films always give a powerful charge for training and allow you to make a breakthrough in classes. Watch this movie at least once a week. This is a very powerful motivation for training!

Motivation for training in using the power of the successful
Study, regularly watch or read the success stories of athletes and just successful people. Their positive experiences are always motivating, thought provoking and intensify the drive to achieve results. There are a lot of sites on the Internet where you can easily find hundreds of good stories of successful people. A successful living example sometimes works more powerfully than prolonged coaxing.

Motivation for training in the way of encouragement and rewarding
Firstly, thank your soul for every workout, say compliments to yourself, what a great fellow you are, etc. You need to learn to recognize your even the smallest achievements and be grateful for it. Gratitude is a great force that will automatically increase your aspirations to study further. And secondly, make yourself gifts, material and different. Say to yourself – “I’m done, I deserve it with my development and work on myself, and for this I give myself a gift.” Satisfaction and joy from the reward received will automatically be connected by your consciousness with training, and the motive for further training will only grow.

Summarize and accept your results!
“Nothing is more motivating than achieving the desired result” – take stock, take pictures, weigh yourself, etc. to see the results. Write down your intermediate results (1 p. in 2-3 months) in a notebook with your Goals. If the results do not suit you, communicate with the trainer and try other methods. If the results are great – celebrate the victory, you are doing everything right! I am 100% sure that this motivation for training will help you remove violence against yourself and introduce regular sports into a constant rhythm!
