Circular rubbing of the cheeks

Circular cheek rub

When performing this movement, the fingers should be bent.

Their middle phalanges produce circular rubbing, trying to lift and support sagging skin.

During circular movements, the fingers move back and forth.

The circular movement starts from below, from under the edge of the lower jaw; its further direction – to the nose, then to the zygomatic bone, then to the ear and, finally, down – to the starting position.

Such rubbing on each cheek should be repeated at least four times.
