Chicken mono-diet

The chicken mono-diet involves the destruction of large volumes of chicken meat every day, so if you do not like chicken, this diet is clearly not for you? In all other respects, it is great for losing weight in a short time.

Judge for yourself – chicken thighs contain 14-16 g of protein per 100 g of product, chicken fillet – 20-22 g of protein per 100 g. At the same time, there are practically no carbohydrates in them. And the absence of carbohydrates is the key to a successful diet.

Let’s go directly to the chicken mono-diet. Since it is forbidden to use other foods, we will receive vital fiber from pharmaceutical bran, which should be consumed 2 tablespoons a day, separately from the main diet

Any dishes from chicken meat, any method of preparation, are allowed, subject to certain rules:

For cooking, only vegetable oil should be used, and not mayonnaise or sauce.
Vegetables can be used as a side dish for cooking, but you need to eat chicken without them.
Portion sizes are unlimited, but it is better to eat at least 0.5 kg of chicken per day.
As spices, you can use herbs, onions, garlic, pepper, salt, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom.
You can eat after 6. But not earlier than two hours before bedtime.
The rules for a chicken diet are the same as for others: a lot of water (at least two liters), a mandatory intake of vitamins, sleep for 8 hours.

The duration of the mono-diet is 3 days. During this time, you can lose 2 kg. It is not recommended to go on a diet for more than the specified period. If you really need it, then try the chicken breast diet. And you can repeat it no earlier than 3 months later.
