How to fast properly

Should you be afraid of hunger?

If you are prone to prejudice, then when you switch to fasting, problems may lie in wait. It is also worth considering whether you yourself want to starve or someone persuaded you? The important thing here is that you yourself are ready for this. Then the brain will not perceive therapeutic fasting as a complete refusal to eat, which means that there will be no stress. If there is even a “drop” of fear of starvation, then it is better to consult a specialist.

Therapeutic starvation is the simplest thing that could come up in this world. This is a form of life that a person chooses for himself for a short time. Relatives, friends, neighbors and acquaintances, it is better to fence off from people who will constantly dissuade from starvation. Unfortunately, not everyone can understand this. But if you just ask them about fasting as a treatment, then in the end it will be clear that they do not know anything about it. The main thing here is not to succumb to influence and stubbornly stand your ground. Statistics show that few people know about fasting, and only those people who have gone through it.

How does the body adapt to starvation?

Anyone who has experienced hunger at least once in their life will not want to repeat it again. And such people can be understood. But these people can be said with confidence that if fasting is carried out correctly, then the feeling of hunger will not disturb.

With a normal diet, food is constantly digested in the stomach, and as soon as it is absent, the body reacts to this with the appearance of a feeling of hunger.

During therapeutic starvation, the metabolism changes. The body itself is rebuilt to “nutrition from the inside.” What does this mean? Only that the accumulated fat and proteins are broken down and “turned” into energy. But bile, gastric acid and digestive juice are reduced several times, and then their secretion may stop altogether. And it turns out that hunger ceases to be felt at all.

Thesis for beginners.

Therapeutic starvation is the refusal of food voluntarily and only for a short period. (!!!)

For beginners, the following is recommended:

– the body will be rebuilt very, very slowly, but only as long as there are food leftovers in the stomach and intestines;

– you can speed up the process of restructuring, for example, thoroughly clean the intestines. You can use an enema or Glauber’s salt for this purpose.
