The dangers of fasting

In addition, the already known valve between the stomach and the duodenum, the pylorus, suffers. This leads to the flow of bile into the stomach. It has an alkaline character, therefore it neutralizes the acid in the stomach, also corrodes its walls, leads to the formation of ulcers, flatulence and bloating.

The condition of a person worsens every day, as the valve gradually ceases to close the stomach at all. He is completely flaky. As a result, the entire digestive system is disrupted. And no drugs will help here. The only thing that needs to be done is to acidify the body in order to bring it back to normal. Only when the digestive system is working properly and the pylorus closes in time, you can eat alkaline foods that stimulate the activity of the liver and pancreas.

Of course, it is not necessary to specifically acidify a healthy body. It is important to simply create conditions so that protein foods are broken down into amino acids, and fatty foods into glycerol and fatty acids. And for this, it is important that the diet is varied and contains both acidic foods that are absorbed by the stomach and alkaline foods that are absorbed in the duodenum.

You can arrange a fasting day once a week. This allows you to cleanse the body, since the enzymes that digest food, in its absence, begin to process unnecessary substances. On the eve of a one-day fast, it is important to prepare, eat cereal porridge with butter. This will bring out body toxic substances. During one-day fasting, it is enough to drink weakly mineral water. But after such a procedure, the next day you need to eat acidic foods to support the work of the pylorus – sea or sauerkraut, feta cheese, cheese. They gradually start the digestive processes, and then protein foods, such as meat and eggs, can be introduced into the diet.
