How to get rid of the sides at the waist

It is very easy to increase extra centimeters in the waist area, but putting it in order is a slow and tedious process. An important condition for obtaining the perfect figure with a “wasp” waist is proper nutrition. In order not to “eat up” the sides, give up fatty and fried foods, limit the intake of carbohydrates and sweets. Don’t torture yourself with hunger. But if you put aside a piece of fatty pork or well-done duck, no matter how delicious, and replace it with steamed fish or stewed vegetables, the body will only be better off.
Eat fruit, but try to do it in the morning, when the process of digesting food is most intensive, because many fruits contain a lot of sugar. Eat more fresh green and red vegetables. And try to resist the temptation to have dinner before going to bed. But breakfast should not be neglected. Even if you don’t feel like it or don’t have time, force yourself to eat normally, this will allow you to avoid overeating in the evening.

If there are no contraindications, try to drink at least 7-8 glasses of water a day. You can replace some of the water with green tea.

To remove fat layers from the waist, active physical activity is necessary. It is good if you find time for swimming, running, or regularly cycling or skiing. But if there is no time for sports sections, work out at least at home. To train the oblique abdominal muscles, many simple, but very effective exercises have been developed. You can choose any according to your taste.

Do stretches every day. To do this, place your feet shoulder-width apart and stretch your arms up, straining your abdominal muscles. It strengthens the back and abdomen.

Spin the hoop for at least half an hour a day – this exercise has been tested by generations of women, and has never disappointed anyone. By rotating the hoop, you strain all the abdominal muscles. At this time, the load on them is distributed equally, and even a kind of massage takes place that affects body fat.

Jump rope daily. The muscles of the legs work, but the fat on the abdomen at the same time shake.

Straighten up, put your feet shoulder-width apart, hands on your sides. First, tilt to the left and right, then turn the body to the sides, choose the pace and number of repetitions yourself. Then, from the same position, lean forward, touching the left leg with the right hand, and the right leg with the left hand.

Sit on the floor, spread your legs apart. Lean to the left, trying with your right hand over your head to reach the toe of your left foot. Then do the same tilt to the right. This exercise tightens the muscles of the legs and abdomen.

Lie on your back. Place your feet on the floor, arms straight. Bend so that your hand reaches your heel.

Lying on the floor, bend your knees, clasp your hands behind your head. Tighten your abs and twist, lifting slightly, trying to touch your right knee with your left elbow and vice versa. Hold for a few seconds in a tense position.

It will be very good if you supplement the exercises for the sides and waist with a massage of these problem areas, as well as wraps with algae.
