Effective exercises for the waist. How to achieve a stunning effect?

Complex exercises lying down

After the previous exercises, we move to a horizontal position - we lie down on the mat:

Position - lying on your side, hand on the waist. With your second hand, you can support your head (make emphasis), or you can simply stretch it out and lie down;
We raise the leg that lies on top - do not bend at the knee. Then we turn to the other side;
We kneel down and begin to squat on the left and on the right side with the hips;
Position - lying on the side. Now we do not raise the leg, but, without lifting it off the floor, we raise the entire body to the maximum possible height;
The top of the torso is on the floor. Cross your legs and lift them up, and rest your elbows on the floor to maintain balance. Supporting your back with your palms, try to stretch your legs as high as possible.
Please note that exercises in the prone position should be performed 15 times (at least), with the maximum possible amplitude. Don't rush anywhere, try not to hold your breath. It is better to practice in a spacious room, well ventilated and saturated with oxygen. Do not drive yourself too much - be sure to take breaks. But even sluggish training will not achieve anything. So choose for yourself the "golden mean" and follow this pace strictly.

Twisting exercises

People who are professionally involved in sports claim that exercises for twisting the torso give the best effect.

For the first exercise, you will need a swivel chair. Sit down and lock your legs in one position. Start spinning in a chair without taking your feet off the floor. The arms should be extended in front of you. In each direction you need to make at least 30 turns;
For the second exercise, stand up straight, bring your hands together behind your head. Pull in your stomach and try to connect your left knee with your right elbow, then vice versa. You need to do 20 approaches in each direction.
A thin waist is difficult to achieve - it will not work out quickly, so get ready for long exercises. The most important thing is regularity. Never change the mode, conducting such workouts daily, you can be sure of achieving your goal. But it’s not worth focusing only on the proposed exercises.

Be sure to buy yourself a hula hoop, in common parlance - a hoop. It can be twisted at least all day - a great help on the way to a thin waist. Just remember - you can not twist the hoop immediately after eating and limit such training during the "critical days". During breastfeeding, it is impossible to carry out the above activities, wait until the baby grows up, and then take care of your figure.
