Quick exercises for good posture

Well, in this case, a more comprehensive approach is needed. These exercises will definitely help you stay lean and strengthen your back.

To complete the first exercise, you will need a regular flat wall. Stand up to her, leaning back so that the walls touch your heels, buttocks, shoulder blades and the back of your head at the same time. In this position, take a deep breath and exhale. Now imagine that there is a small loop in your chest that needs to be stretched. You straighten your chest, thus stretching this loop, while you yourself continue to press against the wall with all four points. You need to stand like this for at least five minutes, if you can more – stand longer. The exercise helps to fix the correct posture, straighten the shoulders and stretch the spine.

An excellent exercise to relieve tension and clamp in the shoulders and neck is muscle tension. Pull your head deep into your shoulders, as if trying to reach them with your earlobes. At the same time, you need to look straight ahead and breathe deeply and evenly. The duration of the exercise is 30 seconds, you do not need to stay in this position longer. Take a deep breath and relax. Very often, the cause of stoop is pain in the joints in the neck, so that this does not happen, do this exercise regularly.

Straightening your shoulders and stopping slouching is half the battle. It is important to make sure that your muscles are strong enough to support your shoulders and chest in the required position. Be sure to do exercises that help strengthen the muscles of the shoulders and straighten the chest. A very good exercise is the reduction of the shoulder blades. Slightly bend your elbows, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, bring your shoulder blades as close as possible. Stay in this position, continue to breathe deeply and look ahead. The duration of the exercise is also 30 seconds.

Immediately after reducing the shoulder blades, it is useful to do an exercise on another muscle group – the opposite. Put your hands together in a lock, turn it outward and straighten your arms in this position forward. Head tilted down arms parallel to the floor, breathing is free. Try to relax your neck and tighten your shoulders as much as possible. This exercise strengthens the chest, relieves heaviness in the neck and helps with headaches.

Most importantly, always remember that your back should be straight and your head up. Control your posture wherever you are and don’t let fatigue or a bad mood spoil your posture and appearance. Take care of yourself and always be slim and fit.
