To begin with, you can try to do 5-6 push-ups, gradually increasing the load, without compromising your health.
We stand straight, stretch our arms to the sides at shoulder level. We describe full circles in one direction with straight arms for 1 minute, then another 1 minute in the other.
We sit in Turkish, and, straightening our shoulders, we raise our elbows to horizontally, palms together and straight fingers up. Slowly press the palms against each other, remaining so for 15-30 seconds, then relax the muscles. We repeat the exercise 5-6 times.
Get on all fours, spread your knees shoulder-width apart, while your hands rest on the floor, also at shoulder distance. Turn the palms to the sides, the back is straight. Slowly lower yourself while bending your arms until your chest almost touches the floor. Now we have to go back. To begin with, do this exercise 5-6 times so as not to harm yourself.
Take a lying position on your stomach, while the pelvis and hips are pressed to the floor. Slightly spread your legs, lean on your palms, fingers forward. It is necessary to straighten your arms, lingering in this position for 3 seconds, and return to the starting position. When performing the exercise, make sure that the elbows are apart, while the back of the shoulder is tense. Repeat 5-6 times.

A set of exercises for hands with dumbbells

We clamp the dumbbells in our hands, while the arms should be lowered along your body, and the palms should look forward. We bend our arms with dumbbells at the elbows and slowly lower them. We do in turn on the right and left hand 5-6 times, gradually increasing the load in the future up to 10 repetitions. To begin with, dumbbells should not be heavy, it is enough to take shells of 1.5 kg each.
We hold dumbbells in our hands and lift them up. We bend our arms at the elbow and lower the dumbbells behind our heads, then smoothly return our arms to their original position. Repeat 5-6 times.
Put your feet shoulder-width apart, slightly bending at the knees, lean forward slightly, while your back remains straight. Press your arms with dumbbells to the body and stretch along the torso. We bend our arms, the forearms are static, we return the body to its original position. We fix the result by repeating 5-6 times.
Our position: feet are shoulder-width apart, at this time the arms are extended along the body, palms inward. We begin to spread our arms with dumbbells to the sides to a position parallel to the floor, we return to the starting position. We repeat the exercise 5-6 times.

The cool down is the final stage of any workout.

It helps to eliminate the appearance of pain in the muscles after active training, as it helps to remove metabolic products from the muscles. A hitch can be running at a slow pace, turning into a walk, or stretching. A very useful and pleasant continuation after a workout can be a light massage and a warm bath.
