Zuzka Light’s custom abs workout for girls

Even if you eat right, you still need to do ab exercises. Well-known fitness blogger Zuzka Light offers atypical, but effective exercises for the development of the press.
Her program consists of four exercises:

breeding legs in the bar;
flying burpee;
leg raise crunches;
jumping knees.

Plank leg raises
Get into a plank position with your arms outstretched. Spread your legs wider. Jump your legs together and then spread them apart. Do 10-15 times.

Zuzka Light states that a workout should not exceed 15 minutes. True, it is obvious that for this it is necessary to be in good physical shape.
The advantage of these types of exercises is a complex effect on all the muscles of the core (abs, lower back), as well as additional training of the legs and arms.
