It is necessary to start training with a thorough warm-up of the neck. It is better to start with tilting the head on all sides, then move on to turning the head to the right and left, continue with rolls first in front, after and behind, and complete the warm-ups of the neck with circular movements of the head. Cheating in this case is punishable to the fullest extent of the law.

The first exercise is performed slowly, calmly and without sudden movements. We start tilting the head forward and back, but not just, but squeezing the palms on the forehead. Next, you need to cover the back of the head with both hands and continue to tilt the head forward and backward.

To perform the second exercise, you need to lie on the surface so that the neck counts down. Put a pancake from the barbell on your forehead and holding it with your hands, start lifting your head up and lowering it to its original position. Sudden movements are strictly prohibited. Everything must be done slowly and smoothly.

Roll over onto your stomach and puts a pancake on the back of his head. Holding it with your hands, we perform a movement similar to the previous exercises.
