Hand massage

The arm consists of the shoulder, forearm and hand. A hand massage can be just a local massage. To do this, you do not need to undress or make appropriate preparations. And due to the fact that there are many points with reflex cells on the hand, the effect of this massage will have a beneficial effect on the well-being of a person, regardless of his age.

Carpal and metacarpal bones.
The human cyst consists of eight carpal bones, five metacarpal bones, and fourteen phalanges of the fingers. Massaging the back of the hand, between the tendons of the fingers, promotes rapid relaxation. There are also many pressure points here.

Muscles of the hand
In these muscles, and especially in the muscles of the thumb, excessive tension sometimes accumulates due to their active work. A deep and vigorous palm massage always brings pleasant sensations and calms the nervous system well.

Wrist
When massaging and sipping your wrist, try not to make too much effort.

Let’s get to the massage:

1. Release your partner’s right hand from under the towel. Grasp the brush with your hands, right and left, while the thumbs should be on top of the brush. Spread your fingers, stretching the brush with a movement across, and then bring your fingers together.

2. Move your hands to the wrist of the person being massaged: the thumbs on top of the rest are brought under the palm. Massage the top of your wrist with your thumbs. The movements are light and circular.

3. Completely wrap your right hand around your wrist. The thumb should be on the bottom and the rest on top. Bend your arm and place it on your elbow so that it forms a right angle with your shoulder. Bend down the brush and with your left hand gently press on it. Then pull the brush towards you.

4. Continuing to squeeze the wrist with the right hand, gently bend the entire brush back with the left hand.

5. Lower your hand and turn it palm up. Massage the inside of your wrist with small circular motions of your thumbs. Gradually go down to the bases of the thumb and little finger.

6. Insert the little finger of your right hand between the little finger and ring finger of your partner’s hand, and the little finger of your left hand between the thumb and forefinger. Your thumbs lie in the middle of your partner’s palm, the rest support it from below. Massaging movements, spread your thumbs while pressing fingers under the wrist. Then massage the entire surface of the palm with small circular movements of the thumbs.

7. Turn the hand upside down and hold it by the wrist with your left hand. Grab the palm with your right hand and thumb on top, and with your index finger below, alternately feel for all the metacarpal bones of the palm and the space between them. In this way, massage all the tendons on the back of the hand. If necessary, work with one or the other hand alternately.

8. With your left hand, continue to hold the wrist, and with the thumb and forefinger of your right hand, grab the little finger from the sides and stroke it with a gentle retracting movement to the very nail. Now grab the little finger from above and below and do the same. Work each finger in this way in turn. If you want, work with one or the other hand alternately.
