Low Calorie Oatmeal Pancakes

Delicious pancakes! Healthy breakfast!

For 100s 135kcal, B/7, F/4, U/20

Ingredients:

Oat flakes – 1 stack.
Milk 1% – 1 stack.
Whole grain flour – 1 tbsp. l.
Eggs – 1 pc.

Sweetener – to taste

Cooking:

1. Mix oatmeal with 1/3 cup milk. Beat the remaining milk with the egg until foamy, add the sweetener, beat.
2. Beat well oatmeal with milk, add milk, whipped with eggs and sweetener, 1 tablespoon of flour and beat everything again, then add slaked soda.
3. Leave for at least 40 minutes.
4. After mixing the dough with a large spoon from the bottom up until smooth. We fry in a preheated pan (the first time we grease the pan with oil, then we fry without oil).
5. Fry until bubbles appear, turn over and cook for another 8-10 seconds.
