Top 6 salads with chicken fillet

1. Salad with chicken

Ingredients:

– boiled chicken fillet – 300g
– beans (boiled or canned) – 200g
– cheese (hard) – 150g
– corn (canned) – 400g
– pickled cucumbers – 3-4 pcs.
– black bread – 3 slices
– garlic – 1 clove
– salt, mayonnaise, a bunch of parsley

Cooking:

1. Peel the garlic, grate it on a fine grater or pass it through a press.
2. Rub the black bread slices with salt and garlic, cut into cubes and dry in a frying pan without oil.
3. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Pickled cucumbers cut into cubes.
4. Drain liquid from corn. Cheese cut into thin sticks or straws.
5. Wash the parsley, dry it, cut off the long stems, finely chop the parsley.
6. In a salad bowl, mix chicken fillet, beans, cheese, corn, pickled cucumbers, parsley and garlic croutons from black bread, add mayonnaise, mix the salad again.

2. Salad with chicken, cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes

Ingredients:

●Chicken breast fillet – 400g
●Cherry tomatoes – 250g (you can take ordinary ones, but cherry tomatoes, in my opinion, are tastier)
●Cheese – 200g
●Champignons – 250g
●Mayonnaise
●Salt

Cooking:

Boil the chicken fillet, remove from the broth, cool.
Wash the mushrooms, cut into small pieces, fry in a minimum amount of oil, cool.
Cut the fillet into small pieces.
Cheese cut into cubes 5x5mm, tomatoes into quarters.
Mix chicken, cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes in a bowl.
Season with mayonnaise, salt to taste, transfer to a salad bowl and serve. Enjoy your meal!

3. Salad “Health”

Ingredients:

● 250 g chicken fillet – boil (or just chicken)
● 200 g champignon mushrooms and 1 onion – chopped randomly and overcooked
● 200 g of hard cheese – rubbed on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes
● 2-3 pieces of tomato – cut into cubes
● 1 can of olives – cut into slices
● green onions, mayonnaise…

Cooking:

At the bottom of the plate we make a mesh of mayonnaise and lay it out in layers:
The first layer of salad is chicken, then we coat with mayonnaise and a layer of mushrooms.
Next we lay a layer of cheese, and then tomatoes.
Do not forget to coat each layer with mayonnaise, and chopped olives and green onions will decorate the top of the salad. We leave the salad with chicken overnight in the refrigerator and let it soak.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast 2 pcs;
Tomato 2 pcs;

Cooking:

Ingredients:

– 300 gr boiled chicken fillet
– 2 red onions
– 1 red pepper
– 1 yellow pepper
– a bunch of green onions
– 0.5 Chinese cabbage

For refueling:
– 2 tablespoons of sour cream
– 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
– 1 garlic clove (via a press)
– salt, pepper to taste

Cooking:

1. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the pepper into strips, chop the green onion and cabbage, cut the chicken into cubes.

– 1 onion;
– 80g of peeled walnuts;
– 200g of mayonnaise;
– salt, pepper, vegetable oil.

Cooking:

Peel the onion from the peel, chop it finely and fry in a frying pan with oil until golden brown. You can sprinkle the onion with a mixture of chicken spices a little during the frying process. Together with onion essential oils, the mixture will give additional aromatic and taste features.
