Spicy Marinated Crispy Chicken
Very tasty chicken, with a crispy crust on the outside and juicy meat inside. I loved it!
Ingredients:
• Chicken fillet (400-700g) – 600 g
• Honey (for marinade) – 1 tbsp. l.
• Mustard (for marinade) – 1 tbsp. l.
• Soy sauce (for marinade) – 1 tbsp. l.
• Lemon juice (for marinade) – 1 tbsp. l.
• Vegetable oil (1 tbsp for marinade, for frying – as needed.) – 1 tbsp. l.
• Garlic (for marinade, to taste) – 2 tooth.
• Специи (соль,(совсем чуть) черный и красный перец, по вкусу.) — 1 ч. l.
• Starch (for breading) – 100 g
Marinade: honey, mustard, lemon juice, vegetable oil, soy sauce, mix everything, add chopped garlic and spices to taste.
Marinate the fillet for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
Cut the fillet into small pieces.
Place on paper towel to remove liquid.
Pour starch into a plate, and roll each piece well in it (we check the spices, you can add a little salt and pepper).
Pour a sufficient amount of vegetable oil into the pan, and fry the chicken to a crust (do not fry for long, do not overdry!)
