Japanese rolls with salmon, avocado and cucumber

It is this combination of products that is a classic of the genre. The avocados used to make this type of roll are listed in the Guinness Book of Records as one of the most nutritious fruits in the world.
INGREDIENTS:
rice 500 g
salmon 200 g
rice vinegar 50 ml
sugar 30 g
salt 10 g
avocado 1 pc.
cucumbers 1 pc.
nori 5 sheets
pickled ginger
soy sauce
wasabi
COOKING:
1 Ready, boiled, rice shift into a non-metallic bowl, pour over a mixture of rice vinegar with sugar and salt. Peel a long, greenhouse cucumber, remove the seeds, cut into strips. Also cut the lightly salted salmon fillet into strips. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel and cut into strips.
2 Spread the rice on the nori leaves. With the edge of your hand, make a groove in the middle of the rice, grease it with Wasabi sauce. Put on a piece of salmon and cucumber or salmon and avocado. Roll the rolls with a makisu, squeeze with your hands to compact the rice. Cut into six to eight pieces, dip the knife into the water when cutting. Serve rolls with salmon, avocado and cucumber with pickled ginger, Wasabi, soy sauce.
