Pork balls

For balls: 250 gr. minced pork (I twisted the carbonate) 2 tablespoons of starch, 1 egg, pepper, salt
For the sauce: 4 tablespoons of tomato paste or ketchup, 2 teaspoons of sugar (if the ketchup is sweet, DO NOT add sugar) 1/2 bell pepper, 3 circles of fresh or canned pineapple
Recipe is for 2-3 servings
I really liked the dish, while it is prepared simply elementary. The sauce turns out to be sweet and sour, a kind of pseudo-Chinese cuisine. Put the egg, salt, pepper, starch into the minced pork and mix thoroughly. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. From the resulting mass, form balls the size of a walnut and fry in oil until golden brown (the oil should cover the balls by about half). For the sauce, put the tomato paste in a saucepan, cut the pepper and pineapple into equal pieces and put in the same place. Add (if necessary) sugar. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Put the pork balls on a dish, decorated around the edges with slices of fresh cucumber, and pour over the sauce.
