Herbal tea recipes

In Russia, drinks from herbs and roots were drunk long before the appearance of overseas tea (it was brought to us less than 300 years ago).
Our ancestors drank “splashes” from blackcurrant and raspberry shoots, Ivan tea – when they wanted to restore strength.
