Each athlete in his story has a small chapter called: “My beginning.” And everyone is different and unique. Each of them comes into this world for their own reasons. Someone was forced by their parents, someone came because of the prevailing circumstances, and someone was inspired to go in for sports.

In general, the future of success and failure depends on the beginning, on how you start. So what does the beginning include? Firstly, any newcomer in his endeavors needs motivation that inspires him with an incentive!

Motivation is what makes us get better. It switches, as it were, turns us to the right path, which we will follow in the future.

Motivation, first of all, inspires us to do something. First of all, these are the achievements of people, which they achieved through sweat and blood, and which glorified them. At this time, the beginner has a question: “Why am I worse? We are people just like them!” And at this moment, just the same, a clear goal will be determined, to which the novice athlete will strive.

The goal can be called a certain achievement in something that a person aspires to. Any person, at a certain stage of life, should have a goal. But there is no other way….

After all, the goal is the meaning of life, it is what makes us think about the concrete and go to the given one no matter what!

Of course, at the beginning and in the process of achieving it, it will be very difficult: there will be various obstacles, difficulties, there will be people who will laugh and condemn you. But no one said it would be easy. After all, think for yourself! Nothing in this life comes easy! To everything you need to make incredible efforts and give all the best.

And you need to remember one thing, that never, you hear, you should never give up your goal. No matter what the difficulties, you must always go forward! Even if it seems to you that everything, you have no strength, and you can’t go on, then remember why you held on before!

I will give an example about one person who, thanks to a clear goal and motivation, achieved what he wanted. This is a living legend of bodybuilding – Arnold Schwarzenegger. Even as a child, he dreamed of America. And it seemed that all the ways there were closed, due to the difficult financial situation of the family.

But this man did not despair and found something that would lead him to his dream. BUT Namely, bodybuilding.
