For a diet, it is allowed to choose different varieties of vegetables (cauliflower, kohlrabi, Beijing, white cabbage, etc.). The diet can be built on only one type of cabbage or consumed alternately.
At the same time, any of the cabbage diets provides for a number of restrictions. For the period of their observance, the use of alcohol, sugar, any sweets and salt is not allowed. In addition, like most other diets, cabbage requires a smooth exit. After it ends, introduce the usual foods into the diet a little and at least for a while try to give up junk food. This will ensure the consolidation of the results and help get rid of a few extra pounds.

Dinner should consist of a portion of coleslaw, which is complemented by half an egg and any fruit, with the exception of bananas and grapes. In the evening, but not earlier than two hours before bedtime, you can drink a glass of low-fat or low-fat kefir. Satisfy hunger that arose between the recommended meals can only be fresh cabbage.
5 day cabbage diet
As the name implies, this cabbage diet is designed for 5 days. During this time, you can lose about 3-6 kilograms. During this diet, any fruit can be consumed, as well as various cabbage dishes, such as cabbage soup with vegetables other than potatoes, stewed cabbage, boiled cabbage, cabbage salad, etc. The only exceptions are fried foods and foods seasoned with a lot of oil or high-calorie sauces such as mayonnaise.
In order for the cabbage weight loss diet to bring the best results, you should adhere to the proposed diet as closely as possible. Your breakfast should consist of only one fruit and unsweetened green tea. For lunch, you can eat any cabbage dish. Dinner should be limited to cabbage salad and 200 grams of lean meat or fish. The latter can be replaced with a glass of kefir.
Diet with sauerkraut
You can use sauerkraut for weight loss in different ways, for example, arrange fasting days on it or replace it with your usual dinner. One of the fastest ways to lose weight, of course, is a mono-diet. Like any other similar diet, you should not stick to it for more than a week. For the duration of this diet, your main food will be sauerkraut. For a day it can be consumed no more than one kilogram. All this volume of cabbage should be washed and seasoned with a couple of tablespoons of any vegetable oil. It is recommended to eat five times a day. You can add one boiled egg to the first meal, supplement lunch with whole grain or black bread, dinner – 100 grams of boiled lean meat or fish.
