6th and 7th day of exit from fasting
Eat normally, not eating meat, fish, limiting fats and sweets. Then another week to refrain from meat, fish and eggs.

By the end of fasting, the intestines become clean and tender, like those of a newborn. Therefore, it is extremely important to carefully follow the instructions for the recovery period. The taste at this time changes somewhat, there is an instinctive division of food into bad and good. Unfortunately, a person is so intelligent that he is able to act contrary to the voice of nature and return to the wrong way of eating, although the first weeks after fasting the body is especially sensitive to the quality and quantity of food eaten.
