What kind of tricks and sacrifices do women go to in order to look attractive, not even realizing that sometimes it is possible to correct not very successful external data without such radical methods as plastic surgery.

So, there are several ways to enlarge the eyes, the most effective of them is to correct the shape and size of the eyes through the use of various make-up techniques. The Hollywood make-up, which involves the use of two pencils – black and bronze, and good mascara, is considered the most popular eye-enlarging make-up in recent years. As for the technique of execution, it is absolutely nothing complicated, the main thing is to understand its basic principle, which comes down to visual stretching of the eye, as well as its transverse expansion along the midline. Usually, professional makeup artists do not recommend tracing the eye contour with a liquid stroke or pencil, believing that such a technique visually narrows it. In fact, the eyes really turn out to be smaller and rounder, but only if the liner passes along the inner side of the mucous membrane and does not go beyond it in the area of ​​​​the outer corners.

To translate the idea into reality, it is recommended to first paint over the eyelashes and only then proceed to modeling the eye line, using a fairly bold black pencil for this purpose (if desired, you can use a liquid eyeliner or liner). It is necessary to start the line from the inner corner of the eye, going a little beyond it, which will allow you to give the cut an almond-shaped shape with a slight oriental touch. It is desirable to draw a line along the mucous membrane, but with maximum binding to the eyelash growth line (ideally, connect a pencil or eyeliner with it). But it is necessary to finish it not at the extreme point of the outer corner of the eyes, but with going beyond it, so that as a result a sufficiently long effective arrow is formed. The next stage is to work out the lower eyelid, for which a thinner arrow is applied to its mucous membrane with maximum attachment to the eyelash growth line, connecting the pointed inner corner of the eye with the outer one.

The whole trick is to make the lower arrow not simple, but intermittent, for which the line of the lower eyelid is conditionally divided into three equal parts, emphasizing the beginning and end of them and skipping the middle one. Such a simple technique allows you to make the cut of the eyes not only longer, but also wider due to a small gap in the lower eyelid. And so that the formed gap is not very conspicuous, it is necessary to duplicate both the upper and lower arrows with a soft bronze pencil, filling in the specially made gap. Alternatively, you can experiment with the tone of filling this very gap, working through the entire eye with a bronze pencil, and the lower gap with blue, cyan or green, depending on the color of the eyes. This technique is often used by pop stars, because it helps not only to visually enlarge the eyes, but also to emphasize their natural color, as well as to make the look deeper and more expressive. An example is Ani Lorak, who has been using this effect for a long time, playing with the shade of her beautiful green eyes, making them even greener or, on the contrary, giving them a bluish tint.

There are several more ways to enlarge the eyes with makeup, which involve the use of shadows with numerous transitions and deep shading. Usually this technique is suitable for those women who by nature have too little eyelids, as a result of which the eyes seem small and completely inexpressive. In order to at least visually correct the problem, it is recommended to “draw” the crease of the eyelid with shadows, darkening the outer corner of the eye and the crease itself as much as possible and, on the contrary, making its inner corner lighter. To achieve the most effective result, the eye area at the bridge of the nose is made very light, but without a shimmer (sparkle), while the inner corner is darkened with graphite, black or dark brown shadows, not forgetting the deep shading of the transitions with a soft natural brush. If you want to visually enlarge the eyeball itself, then you can apply a special white pencil with a moisture-resistant effect to the mucous membrane of the lower eyelid, which literally opens the eye, making it more voluminous.

Make-up artists advise owners of light, small eyes to resort to such a popular technique at all times as shading the upper and lower eyelids. And in order to make it clear what, in fact, we are talking about, we can cite as an example a make-up, which used and continues to use the famous Italian actress Ornella Muti. The whole trick is to paint over the upper and lower eyelashes, apply arrows and one tone of rather dark shadows along their inner contour, working them through both the upper and lower eyelids, entering the mucous membrane. The next stage involves deep shading of the shadows, since the eye should be dark only along the contour (up to five millimeters along the upper eyelid and up to two along the lower), otherwise there is a risk that the finished makeup will look untidy. It will take a little longer to work with the upper eyelid, since its shading should capture the entire area up to the crease, gradually becoming lighter.

In all these cases, it is necessary to use special pads that are glued under the eyes, otherwise, while working with a brush, the shadows will crumble, staining the skin. That is why the base, foundation, powder and other make-up products for facial skin are recommended to be applied only after the eyes are made up.

С чего начать?
Готовим тон лица, наносим румяна и оформляем брови.

Приподнимаем бровь.

Приступаем к глазам!
Добавьте в уголок глаза чуточку хайлайтера. Подвижное веко покройте светлыми сатиновыми или шиммерными тенями, а по складке растушуйте чуть более темный оттенок Хорошо подойдут коричневые оттенки, серые, так называемые taupe. Важно делать растушевку очень мягкой, чтобы никаких резких переходов от светлого к тёмному не было. Карандашом делаем мягкую межресничную стрелку и слегка растушевываем её по краю. Это важно – графичная стрелка при всей её красоте слегка сужает глаза, поэтому границу важно хорошо растушевать, а для стойкости добавить немного теней в тон.

Далее покрываем ресницы тушью – вот тушь лучше нанести достаточно интенсивно, как бы “снимая” основную часть продукта со щеточки на корнях, чтобы зафиксировать ресницы в “распахнутом” положении. Хорошим помощником тут станет также специальная завивка для ресниц.

Еще один маленький секрет – добавьте светло-светло-розового или светло-бежевого карандаша на слизистую глаза, “кайал”. Этот прием работает самым верным образом, визуально достаточно мощно увеличивая глаза. Напротив же, чёрный карандаш, без дополнительной растушевки (то есть соло, а не в сочетании со смоки-айз) существенно уменьшит глаза, поэтому его в этой области стоит использовать только в ярком, вечернем или даже сценическом макияже.

С помощью таких приемов, очень легко сделать глаза выразительными и большими. Есть и второй способ, подходящий для вечернего макияжа и это, как вы уже могли догадаться – выразительные смоки айз.

Технику выполнения смоки-айз здесь стоит использовать классическую, если вы готовы к экстриму – то можно вывести растушевку на пару миллиметров шире границ и уже здесь добавить черного кайала и даже накладных ресниц – так глаза будут просто невероятно большими.
