Rolls Royce is a legendary company whose main focus is the production of prestigious cars.

The company was founded by Charles Stuart Rolls in 1904. On the brand name, two letters R were first on a red background, and then on a black one.

The first car assembled in 1904 still lives in the Love family. Itself and even the company itself failed to buy it, although one can only guess about the amount offered for the buyout.

Only new luxury cars left the factory immediately won a serious success in the market.

The true birth of the brand dates back to 1906, since it was during this period that Rolls Royse introduced the first 40/50 HP chassis. This car was later given the name – “Silver Ghost”. This car has won the glory of the best car in the world.

In 1931, a competitor appears on the market for Rolls Royce, and the name of this company is “Bentley”. Like Rolls-Royce, Bentley produced high-quality cars, and even something similar to Royce’s models. But firms competed until Rolls Royce bought Bentley, expanding the range of products by leaps and bounds.

However, the importance of Rolls-Royce cars became so high that orders were received for production for the British royal house and other aristocratic families in the world.

In 1998, the management of the company takes over the German concern BMW.

Today, the affairs of the brand so popular in the past are not so good. Car sales have declined markedly, production volumes have declined, but the history of the company will always remain in the hearts of people, along with the proud name of Rolls Royce, written in gold letters.
