Scientists archaeologists called it Chust, because for the first time a site of people of this culture was discovered near the city of Chust, Namangan region. The main type of economic activity of the Chust tribes was agriculture - they grew wheat, barley, oats, and millet. This culture was characterized by a higher level of handicraft production compared to Andronovo. Bronze and stone sickles were used for harvesting.
