Surb Amenaprkich Ghazanchetsots (Cathedral of the Holy Christ the Savior) is the main temple of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Shushi. It is located in the city center on top of a plateau and is definitely beautiful! The church was built in 1868-1887 on the site of a small church with the money of those who emigrated to Shushi from the village of Kazanchi (Shakhkert) of Nakhichevan. It is one of the largest Armenian churches (35 meters long, 23 meters wide and 35 meters high).
