Snowmass & Aspen Mountain (Snowmass and Aspen Mountain): end of November – mid-April
AspenHighlands: mid-December – end of April
Buttermilk: mid December – early April

Weather

Aspen has a dry climate with many sunny days.
Winter spoils with comfortable temperatures. Even in summer it is not very hot here.

The least amount of precipitation falls in February. The average for this month is 28 mm.

In August, rainfall reaches its peak, with an average of 42 mm.

Temperatures are highest on average in July.

January is the coldest month of the year.
